Hey guys!
So usually when you take some time to walk a mile, it´s because you have a lot of extra weight to carry around. This is the case for me, and because of this I´ve been checking out this product for a while now It´s called "The Fat Decimator". Seems legit, however it´s kind of expensive. What do you guys think?
Unfortunately, I am unable to link the article directly. But just search Uniquefatremoval - .wordpress.com!

Whether you’re looking to improve your overall health or simply slim down for summer, burning off excess fat can be quite challenging.
In addition to diet and exercise, numerous other factors can influence weight and fat loss.
Luckily, there are plenty of simple steps you can take to increase fat burning, quickly and easily.
Here are 14 of the best ways to burn fat quickly and promote weight loss.
Strength training is a type of exercise that requires you to contract your muscles against resistance. It builds muscle mass and increases strength.
Including more protein-rich foods in your diet is an effective way to reduce your appetite and burn more fat.
Going to bed a bit earlier or setting your alarm clock a little later can help boost fat burning and prevent weight gain.
Several studies have found an association between getting enough sleep and weight loss.
Eat Plenty of Soluble Fiber
Avoid Foods That Contain Trans Fats
Don't Drink Too Much Alcohol
Eat a High-Protein Diet
Reduce Your Stress Levels
Don't Eat a Lot of Sugary Foods
Do Aerobic Exercise (Cardio)
Cut Back on Carbs, Especially Refined Carbs
Replace Some of Your Cooking Fats With Coconut Oil
Perform Resistance Training (Lift Weights)
If you use this guiding rule, you'll immediately cut out all the processed, unhealthy foods that can quickly put a stop to weight loss and have you feeling unwell.
Very interesting thread! Good idea!
My two cents:
Cut drastically down on carbs
No fast sugars (bread - pasta - oatmeal - juices - potatoes - ...)
Use healthy fats as energy source
Do not eat skimmed dairy (too much lactose/carbs)
Eat lots of veggies and nuts
Fasting
When your body runs out of carbs, you become a fat burning machine. However, when you start eating something with carbs (for example breakfast) the fat burning machine shuts down.
Perform high metabolic resistance circuit training!
Been doing this for a year now. Never been as ripped before.
^^ this is so absolutely not true. You lose fat because you are in a calorie deficit. Cutting carbs or carb intake in general has no effect.
Don’t chase the 1%, there is no magic training routine or diet that’s going to provide any measurable results over the basic principles for getting huge and strong: Train heavy, eat and sleep more.
I have read a couple of articles that state that it is not as simple as calories in and calories out. But our main goal is to feel good and to be happy with the body you have. It is all trial and error. Lower carbs make me feel great, less lethargic and shredded and still have about the same calories but in healthy fats. But what works for me works differently for others I guess. Some people need more carbs to feel good. My advice would be is to stick with the healthy low glycemic carbs.
It is not that life is too short, it is just that you are dead for so long...
already have flat upper abs (yay!!!), but my midsection and lower abs is the harder part. Have trouble giving up white rice, but have cut it down from 2 cups a day to 1 cup day, still making transition to other carb which very very hard, been working out everyday, so wish me luck guys.

Wow that's a lot
Nice Tips! Thanks for sharing.
Everything seemed so simple and straightforward, but when I reread all these rules, I realized that I was just missing a lot of things. Thanks for this list, I've already figured out what needs to be fixed and will get to it soon. What vitamins do you recommend?
