I recommend anyone interested in building a good training program to watch the Muscle and Strength Training Pyramid videos on YouTube by Eric Helms.
He clearly explains how to build a program and gives some exemple.
I would also recommend keeping track of all your training sessions so you can better visualize your progression and better handle progressive overload.
