Hi. So I went on holidays for two weeks and didn't exercise at all, but instead i drunk a lot of cheap wine and didn't sleep much. i have read a break of 2 weeks wouldn't be a problem at all but it was... Yesterday when i went back to the gym i could do more than 5 reps at bench press when with the same weight i used to do at least 8. Then, today, with dumbbell bench press i couldn't even do 1 rep with a 27.5 kg when two weeks ago i was doing 10 reps with the same weight. Is this normal??? how long would it take me to get back to normal?? Also, i didn't lose or gain any weight at all. Thank you
