    Smile Thoughts on my program?

    Hello everyone!

    I recently built a workout program that I plan on running this summer together with a major bulk to try and add some serious size and strength. It is a hybrid of an Arnold split and a regular Upper-Lower making for an intermediate/advanced 5-day split.

    I posted the workout for the upper strength day, please tell me your opinions about it as I am rather new to programming!

    If you have any questions surrounding anything about the program, then feel free to comment!
