    Default Overtraining!

This is pretty broad question. How do I know if I am overtraining in one workout session. This means that i give muscle over 48 hours to heal. But is it possible that i overtrain it with too many sets, reps etc.???

    any advice?

Keeping the workouts short, dont train each bodypart more than once per week, and obtain adequate nutrition and you should be fine....

4 sets, 4 exercises per large bodypart, under 12 reps......thats all you need for growth,
