Default Testosterone Boosters. Do they work?

I was wondering if anyone with more experience can help decide whether a testosterone booster would be beneficial. Specifically, I'm thinking about products like MHP T-BOMB and Sarm-X or similar products. Does anyone have experience with them? Did they work? Are they worth the price? Are there better products?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

    How old are you?

Also the only natural test booster worth buying is either Diesel test or my favourite Activate Extreme.

The most powerful ones certainly work but can screw you up somewhat, especially if your young.

    Hi welcome to the forum..

Your profile says that you are still a teenager, and as such shouldnt need or be taking any testosterone booster,

Your profile aslo says that you have only just started training, therefore you should be concentrating on getting a perfect nutrition plan and experience with your training,

Personally I am yet to see someone who isnt taking drugs make any good gains from using testosterone boosters that a perfect diet and training will give. 99% of people who resort to taking these products dont train or eat properly, and only end up with another set of breasts.....

At your age, I dont think that you have any need to be taking any type of test booster. You should focus on Foods, Form and rest-recovery. Just my opinion man...

I'm 30 years old. I've worked out off and on throughout my life but get discouraged because I'm a hard gainer. Not that I can't gain weight but I can't gain muscle easy. I wonder if I have a testosterone deficiency and if some of this stuff would help.

    Doug,

Yeah, you have a good point. Nutrition has been one of my problems. I love cake, cookies, ice cream, etc. Do you think I have to cut these things out completely in order to make gains?

Also, have you heard of the stronglifts 5x5 routine? Here's a link with info about it. You're opinion would be valued.

About the test. boosters. Considering that I'm 30 do you still think it would be a bad idea?

For fat loss use an ordinary routine that is used for growth, leave the strength routines for after you've lost the bodyfat

I don't count calories but I eat lean meats and whole grains and supplement with protein, creatine, glutamine when I work out. I do this for a few weeks (sometimes months) but then slide into pizza and other crap for weeks. It's an off and on diet.

I've been using machines but since I've started researching, within the last week, I think I'm going to switch to free weights. I usually just do as many machines as possible with as many reps as possible three or four times a week. But, to be honest, this is irregular. two or three weeks on two or three weeks off. It's a battle.

Let me know what you think of the 5x5 routine.

Any recommendations? What do you mean by an "ordinary routine for growth"?

Have a look at the links contained in the first post of this thread , from the links you will be able to work out how many calories you require per day, subtract from that total 500 calories, thats the amount of calories you should be taking in per day. There is also some info on nutrition for beginners, and an article about constructing a nutrition plan, if you dont eat enough calories then you will reach a dieting plateau, and start getting cravings...

Have a look at the beginners routine in the workout section at the top of the page..
