Default Best on the market suppliments

    Hi Guys and Girls,

Looking for a little information on what's the best suppliment to take while muscle gaining??? I've had a look through websites/mags and think I should be taking Protein/Whey & creatine. Can anyone suggest a brand I should be using?

    Thanks!!!!

Do you want a weight gainer or just protien shake?

For protien shake go for PHD synergy iso-7

Creatine just get monohydrate powder from Nutrisport or some other cheap well known brand.

Hi, I think Holland and Barrett are selling USN now, but leave their own supplements on the shelves, they are for home users that dont know any better...lol

Thanks guys that's good advice i'll hit the net to find the best options.

Another follow up question, I've read all about the benefits of creatine and there seems to be a bit debate on how to take it... Do I load up over 1 week or so then maintain or do I just take a smaller amount regularly????

Thanks again guys and gals !!!!!

Its personal choice, if you load then the muscle gets saturated quicker, but on a maintenance dose it takes longer.....Some people load and some dont...
