    how many reps and sets of push ups would be considred a good workout?

    i say 4 sets of 15-25
    with slow controlled reps with good form
    it all depends i guess on you

    personally, I do 2 sets of 10 on lifting days and 3 sets of 15 on cardio days.
    I don't go any higher than that.

    I can do more than that, but that is all I feel the need to do.

    well depends on how many you can do. but do half of the max number per set. so if u do 60 do 30 per set. thats what i do wen i do push-ups
