i only eat about 3-4 times a day during the week, and on weekends maybe 5, i eat a sausage egg and chesse on a bagel everymorning thats a sure thing, with a milk from the store. lunch varies from spagehtti, pork chops, beefs stew and sometimes pizza :/. dinner is usually a chicken breast or steak or pork chops or some other type of meat, with brown rice, mashed potatoes corn and other things ont he side, i usually dont snack during the day and if i do it a cookie here and there maybe a hot pocket lol

I used to have trouble gaining weight until i knew i just had to eat like a mad man, eat 6 meals a day, 2-3 of them a home made gainer with whey protein, olive oil, oatmeal, peanut butter or find something you like, and blend it with milk, you get more of eating food than using supplements only.

a great supplement to your training is FOOD! you say you get full and can't eat anymore... well instead of eating 3-4 meals a day, eat 6-7 and then they will be smaller and easier to get the calories your body needs in order to bulk up!
